Over 100 people enquired about Te Tumu Whairawa after we advertised the programme on Facebook. “Together we’ve made a lot of improvements to the farm. Now we’re confident that, with that infrastructure and the level of expertise in the Trust, we’re well on our way to reaching our goals”.

— Brad Tatere, owner and Advisory Trustee, Te Aroha farm

“It’s about making sure everything comes back to our people. And that’s why these hui are designed this way. By the time [the owners] come to the AGM, they’ve got a good knowledge to be informed and to make decisions.”

— Joeann Walters, Advisory Trustee, Pūkahakaha East 5B
